Elevation

My story is about forgiveness and finding the ability to accept things for what they are and accept people for who they are. About a year ago I found myself in love with a married man, but did not know he was married until well after I fell in love, and developed an emotional, and physical bond with him. I went through the stages of a broken heart
and now that I've accepted what we had for what it was, a break from his reality was possible. Now he and I talk on a regular basis as friends. Of course he being the man he is, he often tries to take the conversation places where no married man should go but I just laugh and change the subject. Its funny how one minute you can love a man so much that you can't imagine him with anyone else and the next minute, you can talk to him as a friend and be all grown up about things.

For me turning thirty brought me maturity, peace and forgiveness. Thank you!
